How to Prepare
When you make a booking you will receive an initial questionnaire and the clinics address. Please bring details of medicines/supplements that you are taking and results of any relevant medical investigations. Please bring in recent pathology results and or other diagnostic results.

Health Fund Rebates
Melonie Ann is a registered provider with all major health funds. Most private health funds provide rebates for Naturopathy. Rebates will vary depending on your health fund and level of cover. Please contact your health fund to determine your eligibility for a rebate.
